Orange Marmalade

Here is a super easy recipe for making orange marmalade jam.
Ingredients:

8 -- Oranges
1/2 -- Lemon Juice
2 -- Cups of sugar
1 -- Box of Pectin

2. Cut the orange into small pieces, and add to the blender. Blend until almost smooth and add the oranges to the pan of rinds.

3. Add the lemon juice to the pan.

4. Bring to a rolling boil for about 5 minutes, then add the pectin, stirring constantly.

5. Add the sugar a half of a cup at a time, while stirring constantly. Bring back to a rolling boil for about 10 minutes. Taste it to make sure that it is sweet enough.

6. Add the jam to jars and can.

Easy Peach Jam

3. Add the peaches to a 6 or 8 quart pan with the lemon juice. Slowly add the pectin while stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly for about five minutes.

4. Add the sugar half a cup at a time while stirring the whole time. Taste the mixture to make sure it is sweet enough.

5. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil for three minutes while continuing to stir.

6. Pour the mixture into your jars and can.
