Meatball Sub Casserole

  • 1 -- Package Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 6oz Cup of Chobani plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 TBS. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 loaf of Italian Bread
  • 2 TBS. Mayonnaise
  • 1 TSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 TSP pepper
  • 2 Cups of Mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 Jar (28 OZ) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced.
Directions:

1.  In a bowl combine the onions, crumbs and Parmesan cheese.  Add beef and mix well.  shape into 1 inch balls and place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.  Bake a 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink.

2.  Meanwhile arrange bread in a single layer in a greased 13 x 9 in baking dish.  Combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, Italian Seasoning and pepper.  Spread over the bread and sprinkle with 1/2 Cup of the mozzarella cheese.

3.  Combine the sauce, water and garlic.  Add the meatballs and pour over cheese mixture.  Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
